This includes online calculations of yield strength for ferritic and austenitic steels, nickel base superalloys, weld metal, etc. Other properties include creep strength, ultimate tensile strength, elongation, toughness.

Most of the underlying models are described in international refereed journals, this site provides the references and the corresponding pdf files.

To start your calculation, select a model, then fill in the different variables and select the one whose effect you want to analyse. Then start your calculations. The calculation typically takes 5 minutes to complete.

To check your results, click on the link 'Your results', this will tell you if your calculation is finished, and if they are, will display graphs and allow you to save the corresponding text files.
